Job Overview
Pertemps is seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join their team in Tamworth. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for overseeing all accountancy functions and reporting directly to the MD.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and other documentation
• Analyze the company's financial performance based on records
• Conduct financial audits
• Evaluate and monitor financial information systems
• Communicate and interpret financial data to senior management
• Oversee the accounts department and maintain accounts
• Perform reconciliations, journals, and trial balance reporting

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, be able to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment, and hold CIMA qualifications. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £45,000-£55,000 per annum.
