Ledger Clerk and Accounts Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our finance team based in Cambridgeshire. This full-time office-based role offers a competitive salary of up to £28,000 (dependent on experience) and the opportunity to work with a reputable client.
Key Accountabilities- Entering purchase ledger invoices and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Reconciling supplier statements and processing payments in a timely manner.
- Managing purchase ledger accounts, including opening new ones and resolving discrepancies.
- Supporting with month-end processes and contributing to the overall efficiency of the finance team.
- Processing expenses and credit card claims.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a UK-based purchase ledger role.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A self-motivated and proactive approach to your work.
- Reliable transportation, as public transport is limited.
