About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Sales Executive - Small Commercial to join our team in Ashford, Kent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets through targeted telesales and account management.

About the Job

You will work closely with the sales team to deliver on small commercial telephone sales targets, maximise sales opportunities from existing and potential clients, and build strong relationships within the Agency team and NFU Mutual. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service and meet sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas for improvement and develop best practices across the new business development teams.
  • Demonstrate high values of trust, integrity, and professionalism, acting as a positive role model in line with the Agency's values and ethos.
  • Ensure all duties are carried out in compliance with relevant legislation, internal procedures, and local policies.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require a proven track record in sales or account management, excellent customer service skills, and effective communication skills. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to effectively use NFU Mutual systems.
