Senior Care Practitioner

As a compassionate and experienced care professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents at Care First UK Recruitment Solutions. As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will provide support, supervision, and guidance to our care team, overseeing daily tasks such as personal care, medication administration, and mealtime support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to residents, meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Assist with daily tasks, including personal care, medication administration, and mealtime support.
- Maintain clear, accurate records in line with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a care role, ideally in a senior or supervisory position.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and person-centered care.
