ID Medical is looking for an experienced Senior Practitioner to fill the role of Complex Care Specialist. The successful candidate will work as part of our team in Cornwall, leading specialist interventions and providing expert advice to support patients.
The role involves working on a full-time basis, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:30, with a competitive salary of up to £31 per hour. This is a fixed-term contract, expected to last between 3 – 6 months.
- The successful candidate will be required to lead clinical specialist Occupational Therapist assessments and provide complex specialist interventions and advice.
- They will conduct complex risk assessments and train carers.
- Provide specialist positioning assessments and equipment advice.
- Liaise effectively with professionals to achieve positive patient outcomes.
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A relevant professional qualification and HCPC registration.
- Mastery level professional education and specialist training.
- Significant post-qualification experience as a senior practitioner.
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements.
