Senior Recovery Practitioner Role:

The London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Senior Recovery Practitioner to join our peri-operative team. As a senior member of the team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the recovery department, providing clinical, operational, leadership, and managerial support to the Recovery Lead Practitioner.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in surgical nursing, including recovery nursing, and possess leadership and management skills. You will be responsible for supporting the Recovery Lead Practitioner in upholding and maintaining excellent quality care, developing safe and evidence-based specialist patient care, and providing clinical, operational, leadership, and managerial support to the Recovery Lead Practitioner.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive team. The estimated salary for this role is £43,142 - £70,305 per annum, depending on experience.

  • Support the Recovery Lead Practitioner in upholding and maintaining excellent quality care
  • Develop safe and evidence-based specialist patient care
  • Provide clinical, operational, leadership, and managerial support to the Recovery Lead Practitioner
