Senior Nursing Practitioner: A Challenging and Rewarding Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced registered nurse to join our team as a Senior Nursing Practitioner. As a senior nurse at Barchester, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality care to our residents and mentoring junior staff members.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration, a good understanding of clinical practices, and experience in producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments. You should also be dedicated and compassionate, with a person-centred approach to nursing.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including paid breaks, free training and development opportunities, and access to wellbeing and support tools.
