Job Overview:

As a Social Worker with Manchester Mind, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, making a real difference in the lives of those we support.

Your key responsibilities will include supporting and care coordinating a caseload of individuals with mental health problems and complex needs, while building strong relationships with staff from Manchester Mind and Greater Manchester Mental Health Trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Care Coordination: Proactively supporting and care coordinating a caseload of individuals with mental health problems and complex needs
  • Relationship Building: Building kind relationships with service users and colleagues alike
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with staff from Manchester Mind and Greater Manchester Mental Health Trust to deliver high-quality services

Working Arrangements:

  • Role 1: Full-time position based in North Manchester (37.5 hours per week)
  • Role 2: Part-time position based in Central Manchester (22.5 hours per week, 3 days)

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience
