About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Young People's Advocate to join our team in Ashton-under-Lyne. The successful candidate will work closely with young people, families, and external agencies to provide advocacy and support.
Key Responsibilities- Providing advocacy and support to young people and their families
- Liaising with other agencies to ensure comprehensive support is provided
- Attending meetings and reviews to monitor progress
- Developing and implementing individual support plans
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A minimum of a NVQ Level 3 Care of Children and Young People
- Experience working with children and young people in a similar capacity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
