**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Crime Victim Care Advocate to join our team at Catch22. The successful candidate will work closely with victims of crime, providing emotional support and practical assistance to help them recover from traumatic experiences.

As a Crime Victim Care Advocate, you will develop and implement tailored support plans to meet the unique needs of each service user. You will also work closely with external partners to ensure seamless provision of services.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide trauma-informed care to victims of crime.
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans.
  • Collaborate with external partners to deliver integrated services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of safeguarding principles and practices.
  • Dedicated to achieving positive outcomes for service users.

**Estimated Salary:** Approximately £25,585 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
