Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare cost plans from RIBA stage 0 to stage 3 using historical data and precise measurements.
  2. Conduct subcontractor comparisons and identify scope gaps to ensure accurate estimates.
  3. Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, and desired experience with Causeway estimating software.
  4. Demonstrate excellent spoken and written English language skills.
  5. Possess a clear telephone manner for client interface during daily works, including virtual meetings.
