Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.

  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project targets are met.
  • Monitor and manage project cash flows and budgets to ensure financial efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in a similar role within the construction industry.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS) is preferred.
