Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and clinically experienced individual to join our Governance Team as a Deputy Governance Co-ordinator. The successful candidate will have recent or current acute NHS experience and excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
Main Duties of the Job
The role involves providing advice and support to staff of all disciplines within the Care Group in relation to all aspects of the governance agenda and ensuring KPIs are met. The successful candidate will be given opportunities to access appropriate training and develop.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Governance Team in co-ordinating the operational aspects of clinical governance for the SYRS Care Group.
- Provide advice and support to staff of all disciplines within the Care Group in relation to all aspects of the governance agenda.
- Ensure KPIs are met and contribute to the governance agenda at multi-disciplinary meetings.
Requirements
- Registered Health Care Professional with valid and current registration.
- First degree or equivalent or working towards.
- Recognised teaching qualification or equivalent experience.
- Experience in using a clinical risk and incident management platform, e.g. Datix system.
