Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Anticoagulation team in the Specialised Medicine Directorate at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital. The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in venous thromboembolism and anticoagulation, with extensive experience in healthcare governance, education, and development.

Main Duties
  1. Provide high-quality patient services and specialist care for individuals with thrombotic disease and those requiring anticoagulation.
  2. Lead on Trust-wide safety initiatives and improvement projects related to anticoagulation, VTE prevention, and VTE treatment.
