Residential Childcare Lead

Pebbles Care Limited is looking for an experienced leader to manage their Cluster Registered Manager role. As a Residential Childcare Lead, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and stimulating environment for young people.
With a strong support system in place, you will oversee all aspects of running the home, ensuring a high-quality, educationally rich environment where children and young people can thrive.
Salary:** £44,100 - £49,613 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience, qualifications, and training.
About Us- We specialise in providing residential child care for vulnerable young people between the ages of 8 and 18.

- We have 21 years of experience supporting young people to unlock brighter futures.
Key Requirements:
- Level 4 Children and Young People Practitioner Qualification or Qualified to SCQF Level 7 / HNC or Level 3 Residential Childcare.
- Two years' experience within the past five years working in children's residential care.
- One year's experience within the past five years leading or supervising employees in a care home environment.
