We're seeking full-time, in-office Technical Support Representatives in London to support our rapidly expanding customer base. This role includes benefits and opportunities for career advancement.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing expert technical support and troubleshooting services to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Using our dedicated support ticketing system to respond to incoming tickets related to technical questions, service incidents, and other issues.
  • Maintaining effective communication with customers throughout the problem resolution process.
  • Documenting all issues and resolutions to ensure seamless support experiences.

Our Ideal Candidate
You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be comfortable working with minimal supervision, and be open to constructive criticism and teamwork. Adaptability, flexibility, and commercial awareness are also essential qualities. A track record of supporting SaaS or IaaS products is preferred, along with English fluency.
