We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Sales Director to join our team at Parker Place in Edinburgh. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales results, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, excellent negotiating skills, and a deep understanding of the residential sales process. You will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain good relationships with colleagues, clients, and agents.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including a company car allowance, private medical cover, and pension scheme.
