Assistant Planner

Tony Gee and Partners is seeking an experienced Assistant Planner to join their Highways department. The successful candidate will work closely with the Principal Planner to provide robust project planning support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues and subcontractors to collect progress and change data
  • Assist in updating contract schedules in Primavera P6
  • Support the creation and presentation of progress reports and dashboards
  • Understand and communicate the impact of project delays and changes
  • Assist in quality reviews of 3rd Party schedules
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Graduated from an Engineering or Construction discipline
  • Experience working in a project-based engineering design or construction environment
  • Familiarity with project planning and monitoring functions
  • Proficient in planning software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
