We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team at THRIVESW LIMITED as an Administrator. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding gas services and repairs, providing accurate and clear information.
  • Coordinate service schedules to ensure resources are efficiently allocated and tasks completed on time.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns, working closely with managers to resolve issues promptly.
  • Keep customers and clients updated on the progress of service requests and contracts.
  • Source and procure necessary parts for repairs and services.
  • Assist in preparing, administering, and monitoring service contracts, including planning gas service schedules.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
