As a Programme Administrator with InHealth Group, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality administrative support to our Diabetic Eye Screening Service.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to queries in a timely and effective manner.
  • Assisting with the day-to-day running of the service, including general office duties, meeting arrangements, and note-taking.
  • Maintaining accurate records and stock levels, ensuring seamless delivery of the service.
  • Fulfilling Fire Warden duties and adhering to ISO standards.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of patient confidentiality and data protection principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and logically.
