Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Health and Benefits Administrator to join our Protection & Group Risk team in either Bristol or Manchester.
About the Role
- Provide administrative support to clients and colleagues, working as part of a dynamic team.
- Support the consulting team in gathering, organising, entering and analysing data for client projects.
- Partner with internal/external stakeholders to achieve excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal with client and member queries, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Champion continuous improvement within the team/location.
- Develop and maintain technical and market knowledge.
- Quality check work for junior colleagues.
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience in a professional services environment (Employee Benefits, Financial Services or Healthcare).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work with numbers and meet deadlines.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills, with the ability to work independently and as a team player.
