Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Printing Team Manager to join our Kaizen Global Group Ltd team in Northamptonshire. As a Printing Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of Lithographic printed packaging on various materials using our Komori G40 6 colour presses.

About the Role:
  • You will work closely with our sales and design teams to ensure that all orders are fulfilled to the highest standard.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency within the printing team.
  • You will be expected to provide guidance and support to junior members of the team.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of Lithographic printing processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Company Benefits:
  • A competitive salary of £60,000 - £75,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
  • A comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme, life assurance and private health insurance.

Estimated Salary: £62,500 per annum.
