Autism Education Support Specialist

Axcis Education Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate teaching assistant to support a child in Year 4 who is on the pathway to being diagnosed with suspected Autism. This is a temporary position that offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with special needs.
Key Responsibilities:- To provide individualized support to a child in Year 4, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.
- To work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement personalized education plans.
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help children with special needs thrive.
- Previous experience working with individuals with special needs preferred but not required.
- Ability to adapt and think creatively to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Hourly rates from £12.50 PAYE.
