Education and Care Support Worker

**Role Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Randstad Education. As a key member of our Early Years team, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Special Education Needs.
**Key Accountabilities:
- To provide high-quality support to children with Special Education Needs in our Early Years setting.
- To develop and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- To contribute to the overall success of our team by sharing best practices and ideas.
**What We Are Looking For:
- A Level 2 or 3 qualification in teaching or a related field.
- At least two years' experience working with children with Special Education Needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Estimated Salary Range:
£24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
