Exclusive Education is a leading provider of education services, dedicated to delivering high-quality support to students and schools. We are currently seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team in a Primary school in Widnes.

Job Description

This is a full-time, long-term position working 5 days a week in a Year 4 class. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Level 2 Teaching Assistant with previous experience working to the EYFS curriculum.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality support to students, enhancing their educational experience and promoting academic achievement.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

Requirements:

  • A relevant teaching assistant qualification (e.g. NCFE, CACHE or NVQ Level 2)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident
  • Previous experience working with children in the last 2 years
  • Excellent knowledge of the full curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Previous EYFS experience
  • Two references working with children
  • Holding a current DBS that is registered with the update service or being willing to apply for a new one
