Job Title: Care Worker

About the Role:
Support At Home Limited is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team on weekends. As a key member of our care team, you will provide direct support to clients in their homes with flexibility and variety.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide care and companionship support to clients.
  • Assist with medication administration and management.
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks for clients.
  • Help clients access local community resources and services.
  • Run errands and complete tasks as needed.
  • Provide home help, including housekeeping and laundry.

  • A driver's fuel allowance of 0.50p extra per call.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year of experience working in the care sector.
  • A valid driver's license with access to your own vehicle.
  • A diploma in health and social care or a willingness to pursue one.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to respond quickly to emergency cover situations.


Estimated Salary: £22,500 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
