Autism Classroom Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated teaching assistant to support a child with suspected Autism in a Year 4 class at a primary school.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to the child, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs.
- Work collaboratively with the classroom teacher and other support staff to ensure the child's educational and emotional well-being.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help children with special needs thrive.
- Previous experience working with individuals with special needs is preferred but not required.
- Ability to adapt and think creatively to meet the unique needs of each child.
