We are seeking a highly skilled Graduate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Gateway Recovery Centre in Widnes. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with adults with complex mental health requirements, including those with Autism and Asperger's syndrome.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy and demonstrate ability to research, plan, implement, and evaluate projects for specific groups. The role offers an opportunity to work with a dedicated team to improve the mental health and wellbeing of service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive OT assessments
  • Planning and reviewing OT treatment programs under supervision
  • Identifying and actioning referrals both in-house and to external agencies under supervision
  • Supporting the planning, evaluation, and audit of practices, clinical pathways, and protocols
  • Maintaining contemporaneous, written, and electronic records and activity data following professional and service standards

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive free meals and parking, wellbeing support and activities, career development and training, pension contribution, life assurance, and access to retail discounts and special offers.
