The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Flannels, our luxury fashion retailer. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service to our discerning customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure the store is visually merchandised to the highest standard and that all products are displayed in an attractive and appealing way
  • Manage stock levels and ensure that all products are accurately priced and displayed
  • Monitor and control store expenses and ensure that all financial targets are met
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team
