Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales through effective visual merchandising and commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to maximize sales and drive customer engagement.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing stock discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with senior management to coach and develop team members, identifying areas for improvement and implementing training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives, working closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a retail environment.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury fashion brands and products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic salary: £28,256 per annum.
