- Assist in maintaining the store's visual standards, ensuring displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Support with the replenishment of stock, ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked and presentable.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive, productive, and harmonious work environment.
- Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently, ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
Requirements
- A genuine interest in fashion, lifestyle, and homeware, with an understanding of current trends.
- Exceptional communication skills and a strong desire to exceed customer expectations.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a proactive approach to maximizing sales opportunities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, contributing to a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Previous experience in retail, particularly in a luxury or high-end environment, is an advantage but not essential.

- This role has no guaranteed hours of work, hours of work can therefore vary from week to week and, as a result, there may be weeks when no hours of work are offered.
- Salary is based on age range (16-20 £8.65) (21+ £11.50)
