Job Summary

We are seeking a confident and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team at Broughton Lodge, a specialist enhanced residential service for individuals with autism and learning disabilities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver enhanced care and support to individuals with complex needs, using a flexible and person-centered approach.
  • Work collaboratively with a clinical team to provide specialist support interventions and guidance.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals, adapting to their specific needs and preferences.
  • Assist with medical and welfare needs, reporting as required.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, promoting independence and empowerment.
