We are seeking a confident and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team at Broughton Lodge, a specialist enhanced residential service for individuals who may present challenging behaviors. As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide enhanced care and support to service users, adapting to their individual needs and preferences.
- Deliver specialist support interventions alongside a clinical team, promoting positive behaviors and outcomes.
- Offer guidance and emotional support to service users, fostering trust and stimulation.
- Assist with medical and welfare needs, reporting on any concerns or issues as required.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for all service users, promoting a positive and respectful culture.
