Job Summary

We are seeking a confident and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team at Broughton Lodge, a specialist enhanced residential service for individuals who may present challenging behaviors.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver enhanced care and support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities
  • Work collaboratively with a clinical team to provide specialist support interventions
  • Provide guidance and emotional support to individuals
  • Adapt support to meet individual needs
  • Assist with medical and welfare needs
  • Report on medical and welfare needs as required
  • Safeguard the most vulnerable in society
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for all
