About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a confident and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team at Broughton Lodge, a specialist enhanced residential service for individuals with autism and learning disabilities.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to provide exceptional care and support to our service users. As a Night Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and interventions, working closely with our clinical team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide enhanced care and support to service users with complex needs
  • Deliver specialist support interventions and work closely with the clinical team
  • Offer guidance and emotional support to service users
  • Adapt care and support to meet individual needs
  • Assist with medical and welfare needs, reporting as required
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for all
