About the Role

We are seeking a confident and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet Broughton Lodge, a specialist enhanced residential service for individuals with autism and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with a clinical team to provide specialist interventions
  • Provide guidance and emotional support to individuals and their families
  • Adapt care to meet the unique needs of each individual
  • Assist with medical and welfare needs, including reporting as required
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for all
