Front-of-House Operations Coordinator

Imperial London Hotels, a family-owned and independent hospitality group, is seeking a highly skilled Front-of-House Operations Coordinator to join their team at the Royal National Hotel in Bloomsbury, London.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing roles and excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to guests.
As a key member of the front-of-house operation team, the Front-of-House Operations Coordinator will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for guests, providing support with luggage and personal belongings, and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures.
With a strong focus on safety and security, the successful candidate will be knowledgeable about hotel facilities and emergency procedures, conducting regular safety checks and audits to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
The Front-of-House Operations Coordinator will also have a natural problem-solving ability, with a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills. They will be able to multi-task with ease, prioritizing tasks to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for guests.
- Supporting the reservations team with guest queries and requests.
- Conducting regular safety checks and audits to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Maintaining public areas, ensuring they are well-maintained and presentable.
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
- A natural problem-solving ability, with a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of hotel facilities and emergency procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to ensure seamless service delivery.
