Program Management Executive

beBee Professionals in Tamworth is seeking a Program Management Executive to oversee and guide project teams. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage diverse projects across multiple departments.
Main Responsibilities:- Project Development and Implementation: Develop and implement project plans according to strict deadlines and budget requirements.
- Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution.
- Project Monitoring and Control: Monitor and control project scopes, schedules, and costs to ensure successful delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field, as well as proven working experience as a project manager in the industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Salary and Benefits:- A competitive salary package, including bonuses, ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 per annum.
