**Job Overview**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Pre-Construction team as an Administrative Support Specialist. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the team, including preparing tender letters, annotating design documents, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to the Pre-Construction team.
  2. Prepare tender letters, compile packages for costing, and take meeting minutes.
  3. Annotate design documents, assist with report writing, and maintain records.
  4. Compile information and assist with Pre-Qualification Questionnaires.
  5. Create and modify bid presentations, and update project case studies.
  6. Help organise corporate and team events.
  7. Manage and update the project database (KMS), generating reports as needed.
  8. Assist the department head with scheduling meetings.
  9. Track sickness and holiday reports.

Benefits:
