We are seeking a talented Estate Agency professional to join our team as an Estate Agency Business Developer.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and partners, and developing sales strategies to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS, PARTNERS, AND STAKEHOLDERS
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting sales performance
We offer a competitive basic salary of £20,000-£27,500 per year, plus uncapped commission, company car/car allowance, pension, and access to industry-leading training and coaching.
