Base Location: London

KPMG UK is seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Consultant to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As a key member of our Powered Enterprise function, you will be responsible for delivering cloud-based solutions to our clients, leveraging your expertise in Workday HCM to drive business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client-facing meetings and workshops to facilitate the implementation of Workday HCM solutions
  • Develop and implement end-to-end solutions using industry best practices and Workday HCM capabilities
  • Manage offshore teams to design, configure, and test Workday HCM modules and process areas
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to ensure our clients receive the latest and greatest solutions
Requirements:
  • Certification in Workday Core HCM module
  • Experience in implementing Workday HCM solutions, with a focus on cloud-based transformations
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality project deliverables, including business requirements, functional specs, and configuration documents
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and offshore teams
  • Awareness of key delivery methodologies, approaches, and market trends in the industry
