Requirements

To be considered for this Adults Mental Health Support Assistant role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards one.
  • Experience in supporting adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities, and/or mental health issues.
  • Confidence to work alone or as part of a team.

The salary for this role is approximately £8,430 per annum (based on 37.5 hours per week), plus additional benefits including 28 days' holiday inclusive of bank holidays, flexible additional holiday purchase scheme, and more.
