Care Support Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled care support assistant to join our team. As a key member of our community care services, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to individuals with mental health needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective support plans.
  • Conduct regular supervisions with staff and contribute to performance evaluations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in supporting adults with complex needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Commitment to upholding high standards of care and safety.
