Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Support Worker to join our team at Prime Life Limited. As a Resident Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading a care team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our residents.

About the Role:

  • Lead a care team, promoting a culture of excellence and respect for our residents
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, focusing on continuous assessment and improvement
  • Administer and record medication accurately, with close monitoring of drug doses
  • Engage with residents through meaningful conversations, valuing their dignity and individuality
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve excellent care outcomes and promote resident independence

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess a genuine caring nature and a desire to make a positive impact on our residents' lives. While prior experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant is beneficial, full training is provided. Our ideal candidate will be patient, understanding, and respectful of our residents' unique abilities.

Location:

This role will be based at Southfield House, situated in the heart of Brigg, North Lincolnshire. Our state-of-the-art home provides a supportive environment for 14 residents living with varying learning disabilities and mental health conditions.
