We are seeking a highly skilled Seed Analyst to join our GFP team in Brigg on a permanent full-time basis. As a Trainee Seed Analyst in Charge, you will be responsible for seed analysis, working in a busy Grain Laboratory while upholding Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental standards.

About the Role
  • Analyzing seed, grain and pulses for both GFP and third-party customers
  • Ensuring procedures are followed for grain testing
  • Ensuring certification procedures are followed for seed analysis
  • Recording all samples onto the system and inputting data
  • Carrying out research for external companies
  • Checking equipment is working accurately
  • Ensuring all records are accurate and any anomalies are highlighted to the Laboratory Manager

You will work closely with our wider team to achieve high-quality results and contribute to the company's success. If you have experience in a laboratory setting, hold relevant qualifications such as Seed Analyst part 1 or Analyst in Charge, and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Competitive Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
