Salary and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £13.00, with 36.75 hours per week, including days, evenings, and weekends. You will also receive a £500 welcome bonus (£250 paid at two milestones).

Job Description:

As a Senior Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe delivery of care, support, and medication to our residents. You will work closely with the Deputy and Residential Manager to maintain high standards of care and support.

You will be responsible for supervising others, managing and prioritizing workloads, and possessing a positive attitude. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an NVQ Level 2 in Care or be willing to undertake our Team Leader Development Programme. You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
