Residential Care Manager Assistant

The Birches offers a unique opportunity for a Senior Care Support Worker to join our team in Brigg, North Lincolnshire. Our facility provides accommodation and support tailored to individuals living with learning disabilities and related support requirements.
As a Senior Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for overseeing the care team, ensuring the safe delivery of care, support, and medication during your shift. You will work closely with the Deputy and Residential Manager to maintain high standards of care.
We offer a competitive salary of £13.00 per hour, along with a range of benefits including a £500 welcome bonus. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of others.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Oversight of care team
- Care plan reviews
- Personal care
- Maintenance of professional relationships with families

- NVQ Level 2 in Care (or willingness to complete)
- Confidence in supervising others and managing/prioritising workloads
