Job Description

We are seeking a talented New Business Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the health and safety sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, developing strong relationships with potential clients and understanding their health and safety requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate efforts and deliver seamless experiences for clients.
  • Undertake telemarketing and help build up a solid pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and commission targets.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, experience in relationship building, and a high standard of personal performance.
  • Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and be flexible and reliable.
  • Preferably, a proven track record in a telesales environment, ideally selling a service.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum
