We are seeking an experienced Children's Welfare Practitioner to join our team of Residential Practitioners. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing care plans and conducting risk assessments to ensure the well-being of our service users.

You will work closely with other professionals to develop strategies that promote positive outcomes for children and young people. This includes providing emotional, mental and physical health support to build self-esteem and foster positive relationships.

  • Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the needs of each child or young person.
  • Conduct regular reviews to assess the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to share best practice and improve outcomes for our service users.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £37,000 per annum, plus enhancements for nights and weekends. Our generous annual leave entitlement of 25 days plus bank holiday allowance will also be available.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Experience working with vulnerable children and young people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
