Job Title: Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team at Oxendon House Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including washing, dressing, and eating
  • Assist residents with daily activities, promoting their physical and emotional wellbeing
  • Complete Daily Charts to a high standard, ensuring 90% and above is achieved during all Monthly Daily Charts Audits
  • Ensure you are 100% current with all your mandatory training throughout the year
Requirements:
  • Willing to study towards a Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification
  • A good reason or experience that has drawn you to care
  • Live within 25 minutes of the Home
Preferred Requirements:
  • One year's experience of working in a residential or nursing home
  • Level 2 Health & Social Care or above
